Our team works with people impacted by trauma, neurodivergence, disability, emotional wellbeing concerns and life transitions. We tailor support to your strengths, needs and goals, involving family members or other supports where appropriate and with consent.

Your first appointment is a chance to get to know your psychologist, discuss what has brought you to psychology and explore what you would like support with. For children, this is usually an online parent or carer-only session, depending on their age, needs and circumstances. You do not need to have everything figured out - we will guide you through the process.

Yes. Alongside clinic appointments, we offer telehealth and home, school or community outreach by arrangement. Available options depend on your needs, location and the service you are seeking.
